Welcome As we celebrate the 100th year anniversary of Shriners Hospitals for Children-Canada, we are reminded of all that has been accomplished by our Canadian  Daughters of the Nile temples and their ladies of the household. The Canadian foundation (Canadian trust) was established in April 1997 and  since that date we have gifted our Montreal Hospital, for the benefit of our children, over six million dollars.  The 2024 donation being $442,000.00. Our tenets of Faith, Hope, Charity, Trust and Harmony form the foundation of our organization and guide us in our goals and daily lives.  It is because of the selfless giving of our members, lives are being touched, and futures are being brightened. Their compassion reminds us all of the power of kindness. Thank you for being true change makers. Laura Furnival, PQ Canadian Member Trustee Introduction In 1925 Shriners Hospitals for Children® - Canada opened its doors in Montreal, Quebec. For 100 years this hospital was a beacon of hope helping children defy the odds and overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges. In August 2015 the original hospital was replaced by a brand new state-of-the-art facility. The Supreme Temple, Daughters of the Nile Canadian Foundation is a nonprofit public foundation which raises funds to benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children® - Canada. Each year, the Canadian Foundation contributes over $250,000 to Shriners Hospitals for Children® - Canada. Members of Daughters of Nile in Canada work diligently to raise the funds in support of the Canadian Hospital. Supreme Temple News

Established in 1913 in Seattle, Washington, we are an international women’s fraternal organization dedicated to fostering meaningful social connections and intellectual growth. For more than 112 years, our tradition-rich yet forward-thinking members have come together in fellowship—and in service.

Our shared commitment extends beyond camaraderie to a cause close to our hearts: Shriners Children’s®. Since our first donation over a century ago, the Daughters of the Nile Foundations in the United States and Canada have proudly contributed more than $77 million in support of this vital mission.

But our dedication doesn’t stop there. Because Shriners Children’s® holds such a special place in our hearts, our members also generously give their time and talents through hands-on volunteer service.
